ADD Mission In Siem Reap

November 30, 2023
Mr. Dimitri NAUWELAERTS and Mr. Christopher VARIN at Confluences

Asia Data Destruction (ADD), which is part of our Confluences Ventures, underwent a mission for nearly two weeks in Siem Reap which aimed to provide services related to data destruction at client's facilities.

The project was led by Mr. Dimitri NAUWELAERTS, the Country Representative and Regional Sales Manager, and Mr. Sokheng SENG, ADD’s IT Officer. They delivered data destruction services to VINCI Airports as well as other clients, and ADD also participated in meeting with potential clients to support an evaluation of their company's needs. This included a discussion of potential future collaborations related to the disposal of electronic waste.

During their time in Siem Reap, ADD also met Mr. Christopher VARIN, our Confluences Siem Reap Branch Manager, where he introduced ADD to local companies who were looking for disposal services and to purchase back IT equipment. They also went to the local market to discuss ADD's regional strategy and the development of their activities in Siem Reap.

ADD also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sofitel, a well-known French luxury hotel and resort company. Through this MoU, ADD will ensure data erasure and IT asset disposal for both Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra and Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort.

ADD is looking forward to expanding its services and collaboration to other parts of Cambodia and supporting businesses with professional care of data destruction and IT waste disposal.
