CLS Group Deepens Ties with Cambodia During Recent Visit

July 24, 2024
Stephanie LIMOUZIN (Chief Executive Director) and Sophie BESNARD (Director for International Development) from CLS with Confluences Team, Dara N. VAN (Business Development Manager) and Borarangsey KORM (Market Access Associate)

Collecte Localisation Satellites (CLS), who are one of our key partners, returned to Cambodia for the fifth time for a series of impactful meetings aimed at strengthening their presence in the country.

Since 2021, Confluences has been the local representative and strategic partner for CLS Group in the Kingdom. A subsidiary of the French Space Agency CNES and of CNP, CLS has been a global leader and pioneer provider in earth monitoring and surveillance solutions since 1986.

During their visit in July, Stephanie LIMOUZIN, Chief Executive Director, and Sophie BESNARD, Director for International Development at CLS, participated in the France Cambodia Business Forum, which allowed them to engage in important discussions with senior representatives from Cambodia.

With the support of Borarangsey KORM, Market Access Associate, Stephanie and Sophie were able to explore the specific needs and priorities of relevant business sectors. This productive exchange gave them important insights into how they could better support the Cambodian agricultural sector.

Beyond the forum, the CLS delegation had a dozen meetings with both current and potential stakeholders. This visit marked Stephanie's first representation of CLS Group in Cambodia. It was crucial for refining CLS's strategies and understanding the Cambodian market's unique needs and opportunities.

We are happy to support CLS Group's mission to strengthen its connections in Cambodia and look forward to future developments in this important collaboration.
