Another team member on the move this past month, Dara N. Van (Confluence Business Development Manager) attended the IAAPA 2024 EXPO Bangkok with our partner Investissement Québec.
After our initial encounter with Investissement Québec in April during the Singapore Expo (FHA), we received an invitation to meet with their delegation and join them at the IAAPA Expo which serves as the global association for the attractions industry.
The IAAPA EXPO, occurring from May 28th to 30th at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, brings together over 5,000 attractions, suppliers, and individual members on a global scale. Serving as a central meeting point for the attractions’ community, it seeks to advance the highest standards of professionalism, excellence, and safety.
This sector is relevant to Confluences because of our project, "The Immersive Heritage Collection” (TIHC), which aims to revolutionize global heritage preservation and revival initiatives by harnessing cutting-edge technologies to amplify accessibility and captivate audiences worldwide.
With over 1,100 exhibitors and nearly 40,000 attendees expected at the IAAPA Bangkok Expo, Ms. Dara connected with eight companies from the Investissement Québec delegation. Additionally, they also provided support in coordinating B2B one-on-one meeting sessions with other participating companies.
