Confluences has partnered with Platform Impact Co. LTD, which is a 2018 founded advisory firm, providing services to impact and social entrepreneurs on strategic advice, financial planning, impact management and connections to international funding partners.

The partnership was formalised with both parties signing a Memorandum of Understanding on the 1st of March 2024 at our Confluences HQ in Phnom Penh, presided by Confluences CEO, Mr. Soreasmey KE BIN and the Chairman of Platform Impact Mr. Wisal HIN, senior representative Mr David Vichet VAN (Platform Impacts Senior Associate and Director Public Private Partnership) & Mr. Frederic Dubois (Co-Founder of Platform Impact), as well as other representatives from both companies.

Mr Wisal HIN mentioned : "We are delighted to partner with Confluences to empower impact-driven entrepreneurs, and to catalyze social innovations in Cambodia”.  Said Wisal Hin, Chairman at Platform-Impact. This memorandum of understanding (MOU) marks a significant milestone, reaffirming the shared commitment of our organizations to offer practical support in fostering connections among entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and governmental bodies. Through this partnership, we aim to accelerate the growth and triumph of impact investing in Cambodia by providing access to knowledge, networks, and capital."

This partnership is hoped to bridge Confluences’ and Platform Impact’s mutual commitment to deliver exceptional services to Cambodian entrepreneurs and the economy, which is growing rapidly in the Kingdom. We are working with them on several projects that will contribute to the local and regional innovation ecosystem.
