Confluences Launches Internal HR App for Staff

March 31, 2025

Confluences officially launched the ERP Chain app as part of our ongoing HR transformation. The new tool streamlines employee leave requests, attendance tracking, reviews, and internal communication—marking a key step in our digital transformation journey.

A New HR Chapter at Confluences

As Confluences has grown from a handful of employees to around forty team members under our HR portfolio, we needed to improve our processes. We've implemented the ERP Chain app to enhance how our internal teams handle daily operations. Officially launched earlier this month as a joint effort between Simon KEO, who leads our digital transformation, and our HR team, this system brings greater efficiency, organization, and transparency to all HR-related tasks.

The app covers key functions, including leave requests, attendance tracking, overtime logging, performance reviews, access to company news, and internal training resources. It replaces previous manual processes and supports a more transparent and time-efficient working method.

Making HR Easier for Everyone

Over the years, we've gradually improved our HR processes. What started as simple email requests has evolved into a comprehensive app-based system. Thanks to ERP Chain, these tasks can now be completed digitally in just a few clicks.

This means a smoother experience for employees when requesting leave or checking attendance records. For HR and managers, the app facilitates better planning, faster approvals, and access to real-time employee data. It also enhances cross-team communication through regular news updates and a shared training hub.

"This implementation represents a significant milestone in our company's digital transformation strategy. ERP Chain is just part of our broader vision to create an integrated digital ecosystem that will eventually connect all our operational systems. This approach not only optimizes our internal processes but will also benefit the various ventures we support." – Simon KEO, Digital Strategy Specialist, Confluences.

Building a Digital Workplace

The implementation of the  ERP Chain is part of our broader digitalization strategy. Eventually, this system will be integrated into our comprehensive ERP, and we plan to extend these digital solutions to benefit the various ventures we work with.

"From an HR perspective, this system helps us maintain compliance with local regulations while managing the complexities of our diverse workforce. With teams now working remotely in Siem Reap and technical staff on different shift schedules, ERP Chain gives us the flexibility to ensure everyone receives proper support regardless of location or working hours." – Chila HEANG, Senior HR Coordinator, Confluences.

What's Next?

With the ERP Chain fully implemented, our next focus is adoption and feedback. We'll continue training teams, gathering suggestions, and making improvements. The tool will also evolve to serve future business needs, integrating with additional systems as we grow.

Ofcourse, all these efforts are conducted strictly with local laws andregulations. The system also helps us track the evolution and performance ofeach unit and individual, supporting fair and transparent assessment processes.

We're proud to offer tools that empower our people while maintaining agility and modernizing our operations. ERP Chain is more than an app—it's a step toward smarter HR at Confluences.
