Since February 2021, Confluences has implemented Odoo as part of our internal operation functions.
Founded in 2005, Odoo is a suite of open-source business apps that cover all the needs of a business, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), eCommerce, Accounting, Inventory, Point of Sale (PoS), Project Management, etc.
Confluences are in the progress of implementing digital transformation for the entire company, and we aim to be fully digitalised by 2025. We currently use the Odoo system for our daily operations such as calendar management, contacts, inventory, accounting, payroll, employee management, etc.
In early April, our operations team had the opportunity to join a training session on the Odoo Roadshow which was hosted at Hyatt Regency in Phnom Penh. Our teams had the chance to witness and learn the new all-in-one management software upgrade of Odoo 16. We cannot wait to apply the new functions to ensure high efficiency and productivity in our daily internal operations.
