Contributors to Sustainability: Helping Build a Greener Cambodia

October 4, 2024

At Confluences, we care about sustainability. We make sure our team and residents join in community efforts to make Cambodia greener. In our office, we use good practices for compost, recycling, and saving energy. Our residents are also doing important work for sustainability in Cambodia. Here's how they're helping with waste management, influencing rules, and building a culture of saving resources.

Little Green Spark's Zero-Waste Solutions in Cambodia

Sarah KOLBENSTETTER, who started Little Green Spark, is now a leader in Cambodia's environmental work with her zero-waste solutions. Recently back from Europe, Sarah started working on many important projects, including setting up waste sorting and composting at Socfin Cambodia and studying waste at Dangkor landfill.

Little Green Spark works to reduce waste through sustainable practices, promoting circular economy ideas, and helping businesses get TRUE certification—a global standard for zero-waste excellence. TRUE certification is important for businesses that want to be sustainable, focusing on reducing waste, saving resources, and working better.

Sarah KOLBENSTETTER said, "At Little Green Spark, we want to create a circular economy that's good for businesses and the environment. We're proud to work with companies that share our idea of a zero-waste future and to help make Cambodia sustainable."
