At Confluences, Kairos Investissement has been a resident since 2022, with Mr. Arnaud as its representative. Kairos Investissement has played a significant role in seeding the finance for the Demeter Plantation Management and its vanilla farming project. With Kairos Investissement, the company has built the biggest organic vanilla farm in the country (spanning one and a half hectares), and aims to expand even further in Mondulkiri province.

Founded in 2022, DPM focuses on building and operating farms, and growing vanilla is its primary focus. They offer services such as building, operating, and selling products from the plantation and provide customers with a turn-key plantation service that operates entirely on behalf of clients.
