With the help of the Confluences Ventures team, and after a year of collaboration, Horizon Optics successfully held its grand opening on the evening of 16th January 2024. This grand opening marked a promising start for Horizon Optics as it launched its first store in Asia. The opening welcomed around 100+ guests from different industries, including our Confluences team, to the brand new eyecare and eyewear store in the Cambodian capital.

Everyone who attended had the opportunity to explore a diverse selection of glasses and shades from international eyewear brands, and also received an immediate on-the-spot eye examination from the team of trained opticians. They offer designer collections to customers who are seeking genuine and well-known brands like Moscot, Guess, Police, and Ray-Ban. 

This marks the end of the project's debut phase and Confluences' current direct involvement. Following the launch of the flagship store, plans are in motion to expand to other locations, either directly or through franchising, and to develop a training centre. 

We would like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Virginie Viala and Ms. Yiling Huang, for entrusting our team at Confluences to collaborate in the establishment of Horizon Optics, and we are optimistic about the new opportunities we will have together moving forward.
