From design to construction, Menard, which was founded in 1955, offers and implements innovative foundation solutions based on high-performance soil improvement and reinforcement techniques.

Confluences have accompanied this Vinci Group company on its entry into the Cambodian market through operational solutions of porting, administrative and logistical support, and the identification of potential projects and clients since 2019.

For several months now, the company has been growing. Led by Julien Devynck, Cambodia Country Representative, the team has been strengthened through the recruitment of seven new team members since March of this year (Agency Assistant, Works Supervisor, Works Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Geotechnician/Technical Manager and Mechanic). This is a mainly Khmer team with complementary profiles.

Of course, a bigger team means bigger office space! In June 2021, Confluences expanded with two more large private offices directly across from our current location. This enabled our Operations Department to offer the Menard team, who were already housed in our business centre, a larger space of 45 square metres.

Finally, the company has also recently acquired four machines in Cambodia designed for special foundation work in order to better meet the needs of its customers.

We are delighted to be part of the Menard adventure in Cambodia and to see the company expanding so quickly in the Kingdom.
