Our Ventures projects have been moving forward, with great progress for each of them over the past month.
Immersive Angkor - The local company, called Immersive Angkor Legacy Co., Ltd, is now fully registered as the Cambodian subsidiary of our holding company registered in Hong Kong. Our team is working at securing our future location in Siem Reap, finalising the visual identity of the Cambodian project, and also identifying the architecture and construction companies which will be tasked with building our immersive museum.
Optical project - Our optical venture project now has a name - we will disclose this soon as we are working on its graphic identity. Confluences is a shareholder along with two French investors and optical experts, and the company is under registration. Our team has also secured a first retail store for this project and the renovation work should start by early July.
To learn more about Immersive Angkor and our optical project, please contact Ms. Flavie GUINCHARD at ventures@confluences.asia
Asia Data Destruction - Our Cambodian team and ADD are collaborating with one of our latest resident company’s Little Green Spark, represented by its founder Sarah KOLBENSTETTER! Together we will empower businesses to make environmentally conscious decisions while providing solutions for the disposal of IT waste through buyback, refurbishing, and remarketing, also known as #circulareconomy!
To discover more about ADD, please contact its Cambodia Country Manager, Mr. Dimitri NAUWELAERTS at cambodia@asiadatadestruction.com
Last2Ticket Asia - Our e-ticketing company has been reorganised as the event scene is now back to normal post-pandemic. Last2Ticket Asia is resuming its strategic partnership with the Royal Ballet of Cambodia, and more specifically, with Princess Buppha Devi Dance School which will hold regular performances at Aquation Office Park starting this July. Performances will showcase the traditions of the Royal Ballet of Cambodia to the local audience and tourists.
Another recent success for our team is a partnership with what is expected to be the cultural event of the year in Cambodia. The classical Italian opera by Giacomo PUCCINI: Madama Butterfly is to be held in Phnom Penh on the 10th of December, 2023 and more than 1500 attendees are expected to attend this one-off show!
