Confluences Business Development Manager, Dara N. Van, visited Singapore on 23rd April to attend the FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 Expo, and then onto Bangkok, Thailand for the Asia Pillars – Open Doors 2024 the following day and concluded her tour with the EABC Annual General Meeting & Joint Networking Event also in the Thai capital on April 25th.

Dubbed as Asia's leading Food & Beverage Event, the FHA Food & Beverage Expo gathers top suppliers and brands in the industry, providing valuable insights. Given the opportunity to network, Ms. Dara took the chance to engage with our partners from Investissement Québec and Belgium's Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT). During these discussions, the potential for future collaborations involving Cambodia was also explored.

In Bangkok, Asia Pillars – Open Doors 2024 was an excellent opportunity to touch base and network with more than 100 leaders spanning diverse industries, including C-level executives, department heads, experts, founders, and entrepreneurs. As one of the largest networks of its kind in Thailand, we are thrilled to announce that Phnom Penh will soon host the Asia Pillars event this year.

Finally, the joint AGM and networking event hosted by the EABC (European Trade Association for Business and Commerce), was a prime chance to hear from various bilateral Chambers of Commerce and organisations in Thailand. Ms. Dara was able to connect with a broad spectrum of business communities and sought collaborations that would be mutually beneficial. Additionally, she also took the opportunity to re-establish connections with one of our partners, AETS.
