CEPM (Cabinet d'Études Patrice Marchal) is a French landscape architecture firm, founded in 1994. Its headquarters are located in the hinterland of the Var region of France, based within a residential project which they designed. The team is composed of half a dozen experienced and passionate landscapers. For the past eight months, the company has been represented in Cambodia by Rémi Courtois, a landscape architect in charge of the project and local business development.
CEPM uses its expertise to create unique projects on various scales, from private gardens to large-scale studies (hundreds of hectares): masterplans, hotel developments, golf courses, residential, commercial, private and public spaces, etc.
After having completed its first projects in France (Domaine de Saint Endréol, Four Seasons Terre-Blanche), the company has developed internationally, in: north Africa, Italy, Switzerland, east Africa, the Middle East, and across the Indian Ocean region.
CEPM has especially contributed to beautiful projects such as Takamaka Raffles in Seychelles, Anahita Four Seasons in Mauritius, Baglioni in Marrakech, Hilton in Cap Vertaming others.
In 2013, the company moved to Myanmar and Rémi Courtois joined the company. The political unrest in 2021 in the country meant they ceased operations in Myanmar but the company decided to persevere and continue its development in Southeast Asia by relocating to Cambodia.
Currently, with the support of our Operations department, the company is hosted on our premises and joins our community of companies in the construction industry, namely Gerflor, Clestra Hauserman, Shade Asia, Romus, Gradus, Ménard, SO Architecture and Landscape as well as BECIS, EGPI, MHE Demag, KSB, and Seco Power Asia in the industrial sector.
After six months, the results are promising as the first projects have been signed (residential project, mixed-use project, and masterplanning).
